The Jamaat has received some commercial proposals in respect of the Care Home at 165 Clifton Road, Balsall Heath, Birmingham. Whilst we are evaluating these proposals, we would like to give Notice that if any member is interested in leasing the premises from the charity, to come up with their proposal and details of their scheme.

Please submit your proposal to Br. Mohamed Bharwani (Chair of Building Committee) or Br. Nazir Rumani (Hon. Treasurer) by 31st March 2010.

The Committee will deliberate over any proposals received and make its final decisions in early April.
